At Shamrock Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, we try to keep it simple. We don't charge per square foot for residential customers. We charge per room or area. It keeps things easy to understand for the customer. You get a great cleaning for a flat and reasonable rate! The price we quote over the phone will not be raised when we arrive for the service.
For our commercial business customers, we price by the square foot. We will happily come out and give a free estimate!
Unlike most of our competitors, we don't tack on extra charges for certain spots or stains. Our customers won't be charged extra for "heavily soiled areas," either. There is no so-called "trip charge" or charge to move furniture. We are able to move most furniture, avoiding moving only very heavy or very delicate items.
There is no extra charge for certain types of carpets, such as berbers.
We quote a firm price.
