Q: ARE YOUR CLEANING SOLUTIONS NON-TOXIC?

A: Our primary solution is safe for people, pets and kids.  It contains  no volatile organic compounds, amoania, or bleach.

Q: WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE FOR CARPET CLEANING?

A: We perform a hot water extraction (commonly known as steam cleaning), combined with a rotary deep scrub in heavily soiled areas. This combination provides a thorough clean with an optimal drying time.
Q: WHAT IS THE DRYING TIME?

A: Most carpets dry in 4 to 5 hours. Heavily soiled carpets may take up to 24 hours to dry. We will leave your family with shoe covers to use during the drying process. Upholstery can take anywhere from 10 to 24 hours to dry.

Q: WHO WILL BE COMING TO MY HOME OR BUSINESS?

A: The business owner, Tim will be performing all work. Tim is IICRC certified and has over 25 years of experience. Since the owner is performing the work, you can expect attention to detail and the best possible results.
Q:DO I NEED TO VACUUM BEFORE CARPET CLEANING?

A: A pre-vacuum directly before the cleaning is essential for best results. We do a thorough vacuuming before all cleanings.
Q: DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE WHEN YOU CLEAN CARPET?

A: Yes. There is no charge to move furniture and in many cases, we will utilize furniture sliders. After the cleaning is completed, we will return furniture to its rightful place on protective padding, as needed. We do suggest you remove items like electronics, plants, lamps and knick-knacks, off of your furniture. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved. There are several items we will not move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc.
Q: WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER A ROOM?

A: Typically, an area is a room that is up to 250 square feet. Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 250 square feet but less than 500 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price. We consider a set of stairs (approx. 14 steps) equivalent to one room.
Q: WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Q:HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY WOOD FLOORS WHEN CLEANING AREA
RUGS IN HOUSE?

A: We don't leave the rugs soaking wet, so there is no danger is the floors being damaged underneath. We will lay a disposable plastic sheet under thinner or heavily soiled rugs as a precaution.
